We have been operating in the Jurien Bay Marine Park for more than 25 years. We are the original and longest-serving tour operator, offering the best sea lion experience and interaction with these extremely curious marine mammals.
Our boats (custom-built by LeisureCat in 2018) give us access to two different seal Lion colonies off the coast of Jurien Bay, ensuring every trip is different and that a good time is had by all.
We are constantly told by our customers how the experience of swimming with sea lions is truly life-changing, as they had no idea how curious and friendly sea lions would be.
Sea Lion Charters are a dedicated sea lion tour-only business, and we pride ourselves on taking nothing but photos and memories and living by a ‘Leave no Trace’ Policy.

• Good quality Tusa masks, snorkels, and fins – masks and snorkels cleaned in an antibacterial solution after every tour
• Wetsuits – long arm, short leg 3mm custom made wetsuits – also washed in an antibacterial wetsuit wash after every tour
• Hot drinks – tea, coffee, and hot chocolate
• Drinking water
• Snacks
There is a toilet and changing area onboard the vessel.
There are hot shower facilities back at the Boat Harbour.

Jurien Bay is only a short 2.5-hour drive north of Perth as a day trip or whilst making your way up or down our spectacular WA coastline to see many other sea creatures, such as the whale sharks in Exmouth, manta rays in Coral Bay or the dolphins in Monkey Mia.
